Apply Sovage Lip Plumper one to three times per day. Begin with clean, dry lips. Apply a thin layer of Lip Plumper evenly onto both lips…using the applicator tip to stay within your natural lip-line (you may experience a warm, tingling sensation and/or the appearance of smooth redness on the surface of the lips…this is normal).
Sovage can be used alone as a lip gloss, or as a smoothing base for any lipstick (if you desire to use lipstick, apply Lip Plumper, wait 3 to 5 minutes, blot off any residue, and apply lip color as usual).
