Yes, that's right....the feeding of your skin!  Your skin - the epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous layer - is a living breathing organ, not unlike your heart lungs or kidneys.
 
As such it requires care to maintain proper health and longevity.
 
While the circulatory systme supplies blood, fluids, and nutrition from within, our exposed and out layer is constantly exposed to the beating from the environment whether from the sun, wind, cosmetics or chemicals and pollutants in the atmosphere.

So what does feeding require?

Primarily the fundamental require is to maintain adequate fluids and hydration.  Studies and research has shown poor fluid content within the cells and their membranes can lead to advanced and accelerated tissue aging, wrinkles and dryness.  Above all other anti-aging tricks and tips, this is your first line of defense in maintaining a youthful complexion and avoiding (or at least posponing) sagging, deep wrinkles, age spots and dry, flaking skin.
 
So, what's the recommendation?  Simply put, a fiundamental cornerstone of healthy skin care is hydration - plenty of fluids, avoid smoking and alcohol (both of which dehydrate), and keep you skin and body moisturized with a deep penetrating cream or lotion.  Its a great place to start!
