Skin Care Tips for 20 Somethings

The collagen synthesis slows down and this leads to premature lines, wrinkles, furrows, freckles, pigmentation and even skin cancer.

Your intrinsic heath quotient will be directly reflected on the health of your skin, hair and nails. Certain deficiencies in the diet can lead to various skin ailments, hair loss, brittle nails, lacklustre skin, acne, melasma as well as premature aging.
