Return Policy
Any Canceled Orders Will Be Charged A 20% Restocking Fee
We do not accept any returns on products that we do not manufacture including lasers, all sales are final.
· Your satisfaction is our primary goal. All products we manufacture have a 30 Day Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your results, you may return the unused portion of a product for a full refund less shipping.
· To qualify you must notify us of the return of your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order.
· If you have any questions or concerns regarding a return, refund, or exchange, contact SkinEnergizer.com Customer Service toll-free at 888-909-1658, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 4:00PM EST. Please follow the instructions below carefully before returning items. We do not accept returns on any products we do not manufacture, for any reason.
Customers need to call for any overnight placed after 8 AM, to get it to ship the same day. Friday overnight orders will be delivered on Monday.
Return/Exchange Instructions
· Notify of us your return via e-mail at info@skinenergizerproducts.com or via phone by calling us toll-free at 888-909-1658, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 4:00PM EST.
· Use a traceable and or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments. Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Return shipping fees are not refundable.
· Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Returns will be processed within five business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment
Damaged Items
· When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-888-909-1658.
· Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
