Step One - Medicated Exfoliation
Non-prescription Nourish® Microderm Abrasion Cream gently exfoliates removing dirt, grime, and trapped oil. Clears clogged pores that harbor bacterial infection. Directions:
Nourish Complete Acne Treatment is formulated as a total acne and blemish solution to clear blemishes. Products may be used independently for targeted skin care, but have been developed for combined use for most effective results.
For mild acne, exfoliate daily followed by washing, toning, and moisturizing. A two-week regimen is recommended for initial treatment. For moderate or severe cases, 2-4 weeks are generally required to heal tissue and reduce oil production for long-term results. In many cases, getting blemishes under control is the first priority. Avoid makeup, hair sprays, and the use of non-related skin care.
Step One - Apply Microderm Abrasion Cream daily to gently exfoliate dead skin cells, dirt, debris, and skin oils. Apply light application with fingertips in a circular motion. Leave on for 3-5 minutes. Wash thoroughly with warm water. Best results are experienced if used before bedtime as a nightly acne regimen.
Step Two - Wash face thoroughly with Acne face cleanser. Massage into a thick lather and rinse. Wash twice daily - once in the morning and again before bedtime.
Step Three - Apply Acne Face Toner, our best acne toner, with a clean, sterile swab or cotton ball. Allow to air dry. Use twice daily following cleansing. Avoid applying makeup or use of excessive hair styling aids and sprays for two weeks following beginning of regimen.
Step Four - Apply light application of Nourish® Complexion Cream to clean, dry face. Best results are seen after use of Wash and Toner. Guard against use of non-mineral based cosmetics during the day and evening. Mineral makeup is strongly recommended following initial repair regimen.
