Take two (2) Step One tablets with food
So you could take one with lunch and one with dinner, or any other way that is most convenient for you that will lead to two Step One tablets being taken per day with food.
Take six (6) Step Two tablets without food
The ideal plan here is two in the morning, two in the afternoon, and two in the evening.
Shampoo with GROW! Shampoo
Simply wet hair, work into lather, let sit for three minutes and rinse. You can repeat if you wish, but GROW! can get the job done with just one wash. Plus it's so gentle that you can use it everyday, and don't need to switch off to other brands as with other specialty shampoos.
Condition with GROW! Conditioner
Work into the hair starting with the tips and let sit for 3-5 minutes
