How long does it take to see results from your products? We have some products that give an immediate result and others that work after continual use.
How often do you use the skin care products? It depends on the product you are using, normally 1-2 times a day.
Do you have a complete skin care line? Yes, we have products that target skin care, bath and body, anti aging and general skin care.
How does Anti Wrinkle 55 work? Anti Wrinkle reduces the depth of the wrinkle, especially around the eyes, mouth and forehead. It is known as a topical Botox.
Why do you use Microderm Abrasion Cream? Microderm is an exfoliate removing the top layer of skin cells and smoothes out the skin. It revitalizes dull skin, reduces enlarged pores, erases fine lines, and acne scars.
How does your Skin Tight Body Firming work? Body Firming improves the elasticity and tone of the skin. It also reduces roughness and wrinkle depth.
Do I have to continually use your products once I get the desired results? Each product works on a timeline. After your desired results are reached you can continue use of the product to maintain your look.
How long does the Skin Tight Instant Serum work? The serum lasts for approximately 6-8 hours. We call this our “Cinderella Serum”.
How long does each product last? Depending on the product it is a 30-45 day supply.
Why is it important to exfoliate? Exfoliation improves skin texture, evens skin tones, and increases radiance. It removes dead skin cells and many think it stimulates the production of collagen. Not only does exfoliation give the skin a more “radiant” look, but it also allows the products to be applied to fresh new skin.
What process should I follow when using your skin care line? You should always exfoliate, cleanse, treat and maintain.
What is Emu Oil? Emu Oil penetrates the skin easily and will not clog the pores. It acts as carrier for ingredients in our products and it is an excellent skin moisturizer. Emu Oil is also great for burns, cuts, and scrapes.

When will my order ship? Most orders ship within 24-48 business hours.
How long will it take to receive my order? Standard USA shipping is 5-8 business days. For an additional cost we have Priority and overnight shipping available. Overseas orders take approximately 2-8 weeks depending on country destination.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes, for orders over $75.00.
Do you offer tracking for shipped orders? Yes, provide us with your email address and we will send you a shipping confirmation that includes tracking.

What are you hours of operation for customer service? 8:30a.m.-5:30p.m. EST Monday through Friday (accept holidays).
What is your return policy? Our products come with a 45 day return guarantee. You may exchange your product or receive a refund; however we do not refund shipping cost.
How would I make a product return or receive a product refund? Return the product with a note why you want the exchange or why the product did not work for you to the address listed on your invoice. Once we receive the product we either refund the product amount (we do not refund shipping) or exchange the product for you.
What is the shelf life of your products? The shelf life is 12-18 months.
Do you offer other products besides skinc are? Yes we offer Bath and Body, Hair care, Styling, Mineral Makeup and Spa Products.
